All Bradley Powerboats Charters, Rental, Join In Trips and Transfers are subject to a 48hr Cancellation to avoid full payment for boat(s) / spaces reserved.    In the event of a Small Craft Warning/Advisory being posted by the Weather Office, navigational limits may be imposed with no change in rate, and/or the fleet may be grounded and your reservation re-booked for the next mutually available day.

 

Late Return Policy:  The renter and rental group agrees to return the vessel and have it refueled and back at its dock of departure no later than 5pm, no later and absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If the renter does not have the boat back and refuelled by 5pm then the renter agrees to pay a late return fee of $250.
